There are 3 parts to the Elogen system:

(1) Prevent loss of elasticity with Alphagen®

Elastin is a springy protein found in all skin tissue. It helps skin hold its shape; as it ages, fats deposit in its folds, and begin to attract minerals which harden it. Once rigid, these protein/fat/mineral deposits crumble from frequent bending, stretch or stress. Try as they might, skin cells are not able to reproduce enough new, springy elastin to replace what is being lost, (particularly with our diets and lifestyle) and wrinkles develop.

Alphagen®, the first part of Beauty Synergy Skin Therapy, contains a new discovery an amino acid which has been proven to break down the mineral deposits from elastin and remove them. This also works as an exfoliant and prepares the skin for the next step.

(2) Count on retaining your collagen, with Celagen®.

High concentrations of a special cell-penetrating formulation of vitamin Care used to help skin cells in the production of collagen, the glue that holds skin together. As we age, we produce less collagen, and what we do produce is broken down by oxidation. This is readily apparent in the wrinkled faces of long-time smokers and other physical abuses and sun exposure. Our particular formulation of Vitamin C is essential for the production of collagen. It is also one of nature s best antioxidants.

(3) Increase cellular moisture with our molecular sponge called Hydragen.

Many people use products containing Alpha Hydroxy Acids to reduce the appearance of fine lines, only to find out that extended use of these products results in skin that is dryer than ever. That is because, as they exfoliate, moisture is pulled into the skin by another group of substances, the most prominent of which is Hyaluronic Acid (HA). One gram of HA can attract up to 3 liters of water! The problem with the continued use of Alpha Hydroxy Acids, or any exfoliant, is that skin cells are required to produce greater and greater amounts of HA than normal. Eventually, they simply run out of the raw material, and your skin quickly takes a turn for the dryer.
