Dr. Kenneth Yasny, Sam Friedman are the founders.

Dr. Kenneth Yasny is an enlightened, leading nutritionist, who for over 25 years, has studied the effects of nutrition upon digestion, as well as other aspects of health and longevity. Dr. Yasny is now making his remarkable body of work available to selected spas and their clientele through his patented system of healthcare protocols, and the exclusive Beauty Synergy Nutritional formulations through HealthSprings. He developed the Beauty Synergy Nutritional Formulas to address the ravages of aging, as well as the spectrum of "The Dis-eases of Civilization"; addressing the gamut of human ills such as stress and chronic fatigue to enhancing fertility and sexuality.

Sam Friedman, CEO and Creative Director, has successfully owned and operated multiple technology-related companies over the past 20 years. He founded and managed two firms that provided consulting, financial services and data processing support to clients in such diverse industries as transportation, retail sales, insurance, consumer packaged goods and entertainment. He directed all aspects of business development: strategic planning, financial planning, marketing, sales and website design. He has also been a computer systems design and development consultant in Los Angeles, California for over 25 years.
